5月22日下午2点40分，随着波音787客机的缓缓降落，搭载着包括埃塞俄比亚航空（以下简称“埃塞航空”）CCO在内的多位贵宾乘坐埃塞航空安全地降落在了成都双流国际机场。12小时之后，整套机组成员将运送新的旅客从成都去往首都亚的斯亚贝巴，标志着埃塞航空“成都-亚的斯亚贝巴”航线正式开航。这是第22届世界航线发展大会成都机场签约的9条航线中唯一一条由外国航空公司运营的航线，该航线恰好也是成都机场开通的第100条国际（地区）航线。   9个半小时无中转 成都直飞非洲 成都直航航线的开通，将大大方便成都以及广大中国西部地区前往非洲的乘客。从成都出发不需中转，9个半小时即抵非洲大陆。每周往返三班，由波音787型梦想客机执飞。 埃塞俄比亚航空，1973年开通中国航线，2011年加入星空联盟，是联盟中第三家来自非洲的航空公司，非洲首家、全球第4家通航中国的航空公司。除了即将开通的成都航线之外，埃塞俄比亚航空还运营着直飞北京、上海、广州、香港的航线。 对于中国市场前景埃塞俄比亚航空中国市场首席代表Yared Berta先生表示信心十足：“作为一家植根非洲的航空公司，其目标就是将非洲与世界主要的金融、工业和商业中心相连接，而中国正是这样的中心之一。随着中非经贸关系的升级，中国从国有企业到民营企业陆续走进非洲。埃塞俄比亚作为东非地区重要的经济增长引擎之一，越来越多地吸引着大量响应“一带一路”政策号召的企业前往投资。该条航线位于“一带一路”上，带来的不仅仅是旅游文化交流的增强，更是中非贸易往来的提升。基于此，埃塞航空投入了最先进的机型执飞中国与非洲间的航线，作为中非之间重要的空中纽带必将继续发力，为广大商务旅客打造更先进舒适的空中旅程。”   平均海拔近3000米 “非洲屋脊”  埃塞俄比亚，全称埃塞俄比亚联邦民主共和国（The Federal Democratic Republic of Ethiopia），位于非洲东北，是全球人口最多的内陆国家，以及继尼日利亚以后人口最多的非洲国家，居民过亿。 埃塞俄比亚素有“非洲屋脊”之称，高原占全国面积2/3，平均海拔近3000米。首都亚的斯亚贝巴（Addis Ababa），是东部非洲国家埃塞俄比亚的首都和最大城市。拥有着3,000年璀璨文明的埃塞俄比亚集自然景观和历史文化为一体，众多的历史遗迹以及令人叹为观止的景观，使它成为非洲最吸引人的旅游胜地之一。 以前没有直飞航线，从成都到埃塞俄比亚一般需要到北上广或中东中转，全程飞行时间长达16个小时以上。该航线开通后，将大大缩短空中飞行时间，降低旅途劳累，成都市场的非洲游产品也将更加丰富。埃塞俄比亚也将成为中国游客在非洲大陆探险、探寻异域文化和独特野生动物的第一站。多样的民族文化传统一定可以为中国游客提供非凡的旅游体验。   加快发展“一带一路”战略航线 近年来，在省委省政府的高度重视和正确领导下，四川省机场集团深化改革、不断创新，积极响应“一带一路”战略部署，奋力推进国家级国际航空枢纽建设，强化空中丝绸之路的核心支撑，成效明显。1987年9月12日，成都机场开通成都至加德满都的国际航线，实现国际航线“零”突破之后，2006年，成都开通了第一条欧洲直飞航线：成都-阿姆斯特丹；2010年开通了第一条中东直飞航线：成都-阿布扎比；2013年，开通了第一条大洋洲直飞航线：成都-墨尔本；2014年开通第一条美国本土直飞航线：成都-旧金山；2015年开通第一条非洲直飞航线：成都-毛里求斯，使成都成为了中西部地区国际航线网络唯一通达全球五大洲的城市。截至目前，有60余家中外航空公司在成都运营，开通航线282条，其中国际地区航线100条，通航城市220座，名列中西部机场榜首。 2016年9月，在省委、省政府的领导与关怀下，成都机场成功举办了第二十二届世界航线发展大会。会议期间，成都市政府及机场集团与中国国际航空、埃塞俄比亚航空等6家国内外航空公司签署了9条定期直飞国际航线合作协议。其中，成都直飞悉尼、马德里、迪拜、莫斯科、洛杉矶、亚的斯亚贝巴的航线业已开通，直飞奥克兰、索契、纽约的航线也将于年内开通。 除签约航线外，成都机场还将力争新开更多满足市场需求的国际航线，围绕“一带一路”战略，重点加密与亚洲、欧洲、非洲各国的航线，同时，加强与美洲、大洋洲之间通达性，全面打造连通五大洲的航线网络，为迎接党的十九大胜利召开，向110条国际航线发起冲刺。   Ethiopian Launches Flight to Chengdu   May 21, 2017   Africa’s largest airline group, Ethiopian Airlines, has launched three times weekly flight to Chengdu, China as of May 22, 2017.   Chengdu is the ...
